Student & Family Directory
The PTO uses Membership Toolkit for its Hunnewell Student and Family Directory and PTO Communications, such as the Hunnewell Happenings and Room Parent/classroom announcements. The directory includes all Hunnewell families who, at the start of the school year, have elected through PowerSchool, Wellesley Public School's database, to have their contact information listed and shared. The directory is updated yearly mid-September.
Sharing your contact information in the Hunnewell Student and Family Directory also makes it easy for other families to reach out for playdates, send party invitations, arrange transportation between parents, or reach out to classmates for group projects and extracurricular activities.

How to Register in early Fall:
To opt-in for sharing in PowerSchool, simply check the "Release to WPS Partners" box in the PowerSchool Student Directory Permissions. Please note that the PowerSchool portal closes in mid-September. Any new families joining Hunnewell after this closure will need to create an account directly in Membership Toolkit and follow these procedures.
How to Register after mid-September:
Go to Membership Toolkit.
Click on the Register/Login button.
If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to Steps 6 and 7 below.
Select Create Account and fill in the name, email, and password information.
Click Verify My Email and then check your inbox for a link to complete the process. The link expires in two hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.
Complete the Family Information. Please remember to include your student's assigned teacher, obtained through the WPS Parent Portal / Powerschool.
Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences. This is where you confirm what information you would like included in the Directory.
Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
Membership Toolkit also offers a free app available from the Apple and Google app stores.
How to access
Go to Membership Toolkit
Log in using the same email address you provided for PowerSchool parent portal in order to be matched with your directory information uploaded to Membership Toolkit. Families who registered last year can log-in using the same email address and password.
You must re-activate your account (or activate for the first time) using the website, not the Membership Toolkit app. After activating, you will then be able to login to the app.
